2021 PA Uniform Construction
Code (UCC) Update The Department of Labor and Industry has submitted the regulatory package to adopt the 2021 changes into the PA UCC. On November 8, 2025, official notice is being published in the PA Bulletin adopting the 2021 PA Codes, with a date of implementation or “effective date of regulations” of January 1, 2026
