The afternoon consists of a review of relevant PHRC inspection checklists, as well as a review of ICC’s “2009 International Residential Code Plan Review Record.” This will be followed by a series of guided, hands-on, plan review exercises to give attendees experience with properly performing plan reviews in regards to building code compliance.
