If a commercial pool, spa or hot tub can hold more than 24 inches of water, it must be regulated by the UCC. But did you realize the permitting of these pools, spas and hot tubs requires coordination with the County or State Health Department, the agencies that issue the licenses to operate public bathing places? This webinar reviews permitting and inspection procedures and key inspection components such as: permanent and temporary barriers, electrical components, and accessibility into and out of the water. References will also be provided to the standards adopted in Pennsylvania for commercial pools, spas and hot tubs.
